Double your cheezy fun with these yummy stuffed 'shrooms. They are stuffed with cashew cheeze and sprinkled with our newest creation, Cheezy POWder, made from almonds. A little bit of nutty and a whole lot of cheezy!
Cashew Cheeze &Broccoli Stuffed Mushrooms
5 Tablespoons Barefood'n Happy Cashew Cheeze (original cheezy flavor)
1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli, washed and dried
1 Tablespoon chopped cashews
2 Tablespoons panko bread crumbs (we used a gluten free brand)
1 Tablespoon chopped scallions
6 medium to large white button mushrooms, stems removed and wiped clean with a damp cloth
Olive or avocado oil for brushing the mushrooms
Barefood'n Happy Cheezy POWder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Brush mushrooms with a little bit of oil and fill with the stuffing. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until mushrooms and filling look golden brown. Sprinkle with Barefood'n Happy Cheezy POWder. Enjoy!
