The BEST Veggie POWder Pizza

Ingredients:

 

1 pre-cooked frozen pizza crust (I used Udi's gluten free)

1/4 cup your favorite pizza sauce (I used Organicville brand)

1 Tpsp avocado oil 

1/2 red pepper, sliced thin

1/3 cup onion

1/2 cup portabella (or your favorite) mushroom

1to 2 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp (or more) Barefood'n Happy's Cheezy POWder seasoning

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

 

 

Direction:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  

 

Spread pizza sauce atop frozen pizza crust.

 

In a medium sauce pan, heat oil.  In a small food processor with the "s" blade, chop onion and portabella and add to sauce pan.  Cook for several minutes until softened.  Remove from pan and spread atop pizza sauce/crust.

 

Place red peppers in the same hot pan and cook until slightly softened.  Place atop pizza crust and sprinkle with Barefood'n Happy's Cheezy POWDER seasoning.  Top with parsley.

 

Place pizza crust directly on wire rack in oven.  Bake 5-10 minutes, until crust browns on edges.
