This is one of the most delicious kale salads we have ever tasted! Kale doesn't have to be hard to eat when you do it right!

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch kale
1 large tomato, chopped  (or sun dried tomatoes, reconstituted)
1 avocado
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Barefood'n Happy Cheezy POWder Seasoning
1/2 cup pine nuts

1/2 cup Dulse
Olives
Your favorite chopped veggies

DIRECTIONS:
(NOTE: Â It's very important to follow the order in which you add the ingredients as it is crucial to the recipe)

Remove main part of kale stem and finely chop leaves into a bowl. Â Add salt and massage well until kale wilts. Â Add lemon and massage again. Â Add the chopped tomato.
Â
In a food processor, blend avocado, olive oil and celery to cream and pour over the kale. Â Mix well to completely coat the kale leaves.
Â
In the food processor, add the carrot and process until chopped fine. Â Add to the salad as well as the POWder seasoning and pine nuts. Â Mix well and serve.
