Mini Cheeseballs On A Stick

 Bite sized CHEEZY morsels of delight!  That's what we call these mini cheeseballs on a stick.




1 tub of Barefood’n Happy Cheddar Cashew Cheeze (10 oz)

2/3 cup chickpea flour

1 cup crushed almonds

24 pretzel sticks



Place crushed almonds on a plate. Combine cheeze and flour in a medium size bowl.  With a 1 inch spring release ice cream scoop, portion out 1 scoop on top of the almonds. Gently roll cheeze in the almonds and form into a ball.  Insert pretzel stick in the middle of the cheeze ball. Repeat with the rest of the cheeze mixture.  Freeze cheeze balls for 30 - 60 minutes to set.  Makes approximately 2 dozen. Enjoy with friends!
